This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technical connection data such as the requested page or file, referrer, browser and operating-system information, device type, access time and IP-address information. This is necessary to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website. According to IONOS information for its Webhosting products, visitor data is anonymised when collected and retained for eight weeks. IONOS also provides WebAnalytics statistics within its hosting product on the basis of this anonymised visitor data. According to IONOS, this data is not disclosed to third parties or transferred to countries outside the EU. IONOS acts as a processor where applicable.
3. Contact by email or contact form
If you contact me by email or through the contact form, I process the information you provide, including your name, email address, project type and message, to respond to your enquiry and communicate about the requested project.
For enquiries relating to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is responding to communications addressed to me. The information is deleted when the enquiry has been resolved unless legal retention obligations or legal claims require longer storage.
4. Local fonts and media
Fonts, images and videos are delivered directly from this website’s own webspace. No connection to Google Fonts or a third-party video platform is made when these assets are displayed.
5. External links and social media
This website contains ordinary links to LinkedIn and Instagram. No social-media plugins, tracking pixels or embedded feeds are used. Data is transferred to the respective provider only when you choose to follow a link. The privacy policies of the destination websites then apply.

This website does not set non-essential cookies and does not use advertising trackers or a website analytics service added by Viscat. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
